Why Mysteries Co. ?

More than 10 years ago, I played my first escape room and immediately wished I could bring that experience home to play with friends. That idea stayed with me for years until I finally decided to build it myself.

Today, every MysteriesCo game is designed with two goals in mind: create unforgettable moments for players and give escape room businesses a product they can confidently offer to their customers.

Can I try it before I buy ?

Yes absolutely. If you are not satisfied, you can send it back for a refund. The game must be in original condition and return shipping is to be assumed by buyer.

What comes with the games ?

The games will come with everything you need to get going right out of the box. The introduction paper, the power supply, the clues and solution, etc. You need anything else, just let us know.

How long does setup/reset take?

Less than 5 minutes for each game. Place the game on a table, plug it in and you can start. Reset manual is included.

How reliable is it ?

As owner, you know how important it is to make sure the game does not break mid-escape. Same for us.

How durable is it?

It is made for hundreds of plays. If something was to happen, replacement parts are included and can be purchased later on at a reasonable price.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship everywhere we can.

What happens if the game breaks ?
